An email list to let folks know about trips & excursions to weird and wonderful places in Northern England. The trips are run in association with Northern Earth magazine; the UK's longest-running journal dedicated to the study of 'Earth Mysteries'.
The group is open to all with an interest in neo-antiquarian themes, whether NE subscribers or not. At present, because of the geographical location of the founder members, we are focussing on Northern England within easy reach of our West Yorkshire hub; but other members might well choose to set up walks in their own area,and the succcess of these will depend on the membership size of the NEWalks group.
BAH! Humbug!! PaganOldGits is for people who want to talk freely and openly about the things that rack us off - or that please us. We're the people that others warn you about - i.e. no holds barred discussion about the issues that really DO affect paganism. No rumours - unless you can back them up. No back biting, no discussions about what is or isn't paganism/Wicca/Craft etc.
Discussion group for Pagans, concerned by the issues surrounding Paganism in Education. We'd love input from students, teachers, or relatives of children going through the education system.
